Not only trained in nutrition, Steph is a facial therapist too - so she is fully equipped to restore your body’s holistic balance and provide a rejuvenating experience. She loves educating people about their digestive system, skin and general wellbeing - and she looks forward to meeting you at Remedy Lane.

Welcome Krystyna, our holistic massage guru. Krystyna’s journey started with a last-minute decision to study naturopathy, which turned into a lifelong love of holistic health. She’s trained in Swedish massage and massage therapy, and believes good health and wellbeing are the foundations for a fulfilled life.

A proud coffee enthusiast, Krystyna loves working in a field that helps people leave feeling better than when they arrived. She looks forward to helping you to relax and recharge with thoughtful, personalised and beautiful massage treatments.

Meet Amy, our gifted massage and facial therapist, whose intuitive and nurturing touch creates a truly restorative experience. She finds true fulfillment in helping others feel nurtured, supported, and completely at ease.

Beyond Remedy Lane, Amy finds balance in movement, whether it’s flowing through yoga, swimming in the ocean, or dancing at a live gig. She values authenticity, surrounding herself with people who inspire her to be real and present, and believes in the joy of simple pleasures and time with family.

With Amy, you can expect deeply restorative facials, soothing massages, and a welcoming space where you can let go of stress and insecurities. Her intention is for every person who lays on her table to feel loved, safe, and completely cared for.

Ryan Gibson

“Overall balance in all aspects, from emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing is vital. When theses aspects of our health and wellbeing are aligned, we are better able to develop and succeed in whatever our goals are.”

This is Ryan, our massage therapist. Ryan was initially drawn to massage after years of performing as an athlete, and wanting to understand his own body better. Through his training, he understands the benefits to regular treatments and overall balance in all aspects of life (including emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as proper rest) as vital to keeping not only your body maintained and performing at an optimal level, but also to improving your quality of life.

Outside of treating, Ryan is an avid vinyl collector and is extremely passionate about Jiu Jitsu - something that he says feeds his soul. It is a privilege for Ryan to assist you in improving your health and wellbeing, and he looks forward to welcoming you at Remedy Lane.

Welcome Ariana, our passionate massage and facial therapist. Ariana has always been drawn to the magic of healing through touch. She loves how massage and facials create a deep connection with the body, allowing tension to melt away and energy to shift. Seeing clients leave feeling lighter and more at ease brings her immense joy.

She believes wellbeing is all about balance—caring for both body and mind to reduce stress and improve quality of life. To nurture her own, she enjoys time with friends, reading, crafting, and being near water—whether swimming, or paddleboarding. Slow, mindful movement like yoga also helps her stay grounded.

Ariana fully embraces life’s little indulgences, with a good dirty chai or a Biscoff milkshake being her go-to treats.

At Remedy Lane, she offers a deeply soothing and rejuvenating experience. With an empathetic approach, she creates a space where clients can truly unwind, reset, and leave feeling refreshed, nurtured, and more in tune with themselves.

Reconnecting with ourselves mind, body and spirit is often something that we tend to put last, but really listening to what we need energetically can be very insightful and regenerative. All aspects of health are interwoven and they are all of equal importance.

This is Georgia, our divine massage and facial practitioner who seamlessly blends the science of the body and skin with holistic wellness, advanced skincare, and massage therapies. With experience in luxury destination spas and wellness centers, she believes true well-being comes from reconnecting with oneself—mind, body, and spirit.

Georgia understands that all aspects of health are interwoven and equally important, creating a judgment-free space for genuine connection and nurturing treatments that promote deep nervous system rest and restoration. She encourages clients to slow down, receive, and embrace self-care without guilt, fostering a holistic and transformative approach to well-being.

Outside of her work, Georgia finds balance through yoga, nature walks, drawing and coloring, playing guitar, soaking in the bath, spending time with friends and family, and cuddling her dog.
